Steer Straight reserves the right to terminate any user at our discretion. If Steer Straight terminates the relationship a full refund will be issued.

Steer Straight requires a full payment in advance of the program membership. We do not offer any type of full or partial refunds on cancellations. The account is non-transferable.

It is the customer's responsibility to manage and update personal information through their online Steer Straight account. This includes any vehicle changes.

A sticker replacement requires a $10 fee plus $5.95 shipping and handling.

Steer Straight is an information only service. While we provide detailed information to parents, we are not responsible for how this information is used when disciplining their teens. Placement of the bumper sticker is solely at the discretion of the parents and Steer Straight cannot be held liable for misuse or placement that disrupts driver’s field of view. Steer Straight is not a 911 or emergency response service and cannot be responsible for informing police or emergency services.
